How do I change my password?
  • You can change your password, by accessing the MY ACCOUNT tab and scrolling down to the PASSWORD section. You just have to enter the new password twice and then click the SAVE button from below.

How do I exchange virtual business cards or start a conversation?
  • The exchange of business card is bidirectional – from the PARTICIPANTS or ORGANIZATIONS tabs you choose the future business partner and then click on the CONTACT SHARING button. You have now sent your contact details and you should wait for the response of the recipient. You can track the status of the requests in the CONTACTS tab. The other networking option is CHAT REQUEST – also bidirectional. After the approval of both parties, the attendees are able to set up meeting or discuss other matters in a chat window.

How do I send a question for the speaker?
  • You can address a question from the AGENDA tab, by clicking the presentation and then scroll down to the Add a question... section. You can also send it as anonymous. You can find all the addressed Questions in the INTERACTIONS tab.

How do I send a question for the organiser?
  • You can address a question from the Interactions tab, the Q&A Organizer section. You can also send it as anonymous.

How do I submit feedback for a speaker or a presentation?
  • You can send your feedback the AGENDA tab, by clicking the presentation and then scroll down to the Feedback section.

How long is the platform available for an event?
  • The platform is available after the event as long as the organizers demands it. The availability period is announced during the event.
